In addition to the Work Experience, Internship, Work Placement and English Language Training Programmes offered by Work Experience UK, the company also offers a a service aimed at the organisation and management of Cultural Tours.

This service is aimed at organisations that would like to organise cultural discovery tours that complement the academic and vocational training of Students and other Beneficiaries.

Overview

This service is aimed at working with you to design, develop, manage and evaluate a programme of Cultural Discovery Tours that are an integral part of an individuals academic or vocational studies and training.complement

Work Experience UK will work with you to develop a programme of events that meet your specific requirements in terms of:

  • Content,
  • Duration,
  • Timing,
  • Focus, and
  • Location

Examples of some of the specific Cultural Tours that have been organised to date include:

  • A one week tour of Shakespeare Country for 12 English students of Classical Literature
  • A two week programme of visits to Archaelogical sites and museums for a group of 25 Spanish students of Archaelogy and Ancient History
  • A nine day programme that involved visiting the British Houses of Parliament and the European Commission for a group of 15 students of European Politics
  • An three day exchange visit to a University in the UK for a group of 40 students from Lithuania
