 From Junior Lecturer, Kimmo advanced through the positions of Senior Lecturer, Deputy Head (Department of English), Head of English, Director of Educational Services and Director of a private language school. At Tellus Kimmo's role involves participation in EU projects dealing with language training, course development and teacher training. Kimmo has studied a Masters in TEFL. Kimmo speaks English, Finnish and Swedish fluently, German satisfactorily and some Russian, Italian, Spanish and French.

 Neil started with Tellus in 2004. He started as the Operations Director and in May 2007 became the Marketing Director. In 2008 Neil became Chief Executive Officer and has been acting principal of the language school in Plymouth since 2009. Neil has two young boys and has lived in Plymouth since 1990. Before joining Tellus Neil had a varied background in Management Education, IT and Management in Social Care. Neil has a Masters in Business Administration. Neil likes Malcolm Forbes’ quote: "Education's purpose is to replace an empty mind with an open one".
